Oral Presentations (June 22-24): Oral presentation will be scheduled from late morning Monday, 22 June through noon on Wednesday, 24 June.
Banquet (June 24). Our annual banquet, auction, and poster social, and the announcement of student awards will take place over the afternoon and evening of Wednesday, 24 June.
Flights: For those booking flights, be sure to look at flights to Eugene , which are often no more expensive than flights to Portland (PDX) and is much easier to navigate to and from Corvallis.
Housing: We will have a discounted block of housing available at Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis.
